Original works are carefully packaged and insured, with preparation typically requiring three to five days from confirmation of sale to dispatch. Limited edition prints are rolled and protectively packaged, dispatched within one to three days of order confirmation.

All pieces are shipped fully insured, with tracking provided from the moment of dispatch. A tracking number is sent directly to the collector once the piece has left our hands. No signature is required upon delivery.

Original works are shipped unframed, as canvas only, protected with museum-grade packaging suited for international transit. Prints are shipped rolled, within a rigid protective tube, to preserve the integrity of the paper.

Every piece is fully insured against loss or damage during shipping. Should a work arrive damaged, please retain all original packaging and notify us promptly, with photographs, so the matter can be resolved without delay. A full refund will be issued for any piece damaged in transit.
